Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method or bank account
5. Non-Refundable Items

- Items without original tags or packaging

6. Exchange Option
If preferred, customers may request an exchange instead of a refund, subject to product availability.
7. Shipping Charges
- Return shipping may be borne by the customer unless the issue is from our side (wrong/damaged product)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
8. COD Orders
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds (if applicable) will be processed via bank transfer or store credit after verification.
9. Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
